Skill level: Beginner - Intermediate Beginner

Materials:
Bulky yarn (5)
US size 8/5.0mm 16” circular needles
US size 10.5/6.5mm 16” circular needles and/or dpns

Gauge: 13 stitches and 20 rounds = 4 inches x 4 inches in stockinette on larger needles

Finished size: Approximately 8” wide x 9” tall

Worsted weight yarn - about 168 yards
US size 7/4.5mm 16” circular needles
US size 8/5.0mm 16” circular needles and/or dpns
Gauge: 18 stitches and 22 rounds = 4 inches x 4 inches in stockinette on larger needles

Super bulky yarn (category 6) - approximately 85 yards
US size 11/ 8mm 16” circular needles
US size 13/ 9mm 16” circular needles and/or dpns
OR US size 15/ 10mm 16” circular needles and/or dpns
Gauge:
US 13/9.0mm - 12 stitches and 16 rounds = 4 inches x 4 inches in stockinette
US 15/ 10mm - 10 stitches and 12 rounds = 4 inches x 4 inches in stockinette
