Shipping policy

Shipping:

Everything here is ready to ship, but please allow 3-5 business days for items to ship.

Once shipped, you will get a notification along with tracking information. We ship using USPS. Shipping costs include handling fees and material for shipping.

Delivery times are dependent on where you are located. International orders may take up to a month during these times.

International shipping overages will be refunded if the difference is greater than $2.

Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, you will have 24 hours to do so after placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible at wanded527@gmail.com with your order receipt and information. After 24 hours of order placement, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Refunds are not accepted for digital purchases as these are immediately available for download via an automatic fulfillment system.

Refunds are not accepted for hand knit items.
