This fun pattern is easier than it looks! Written for 4 different weights with an easy to adjust repeat, there is something for everyone! This design uses one color at a time, making this super easy. You will need at least 2 contrasting colors, and this one is great for scraps!

There are also bonus instructions to make a cupcake style (pattern on the brim) for all weights, and combining this with the regular version will give you a pattern for the brimless version. There is also a general sizing chart for measurements to aim for when knitting different sizes! Want more? There’s also a cowl pattern included at the bottom.

Well Written and Stunning Outcome

The Pomona Beanie made me nervous for a long while, because up until recently I had avoided using more than one strand of yarn in my knitting. I am so glad a friend encouraged me to try the Pomona, though, because even though it looks intricate, the pattern is so well written than even a novice knitter can execute it, and it is simply stunning when done!

Fun pattern

Very fun and versatile. My first hat that I ever made. The pattern was written beautifully.

Thank you so much Tiffany! I'm so happy you liked it and your FIRST HAT(!!) turned out fun!

I bought this pattern because it sort of reminds me of a leaf that my fiancé is obsessed with lol. So I’m making him one.
