Merope Toque Knitting Pattern

This design came about as I was working on the Salazar patterns. While I loved that unique S-cable, it proved difficult to use a fancier stitch pattern such as this one with it. So it got its own pattern, named for a direct descendant of Salazar Slytherin.

The pattern is both written and charted. There is one crown decrease, so it is important to gauge for height. Adjust needle sizes as needed for proper fit.

Materials:
Light bulky/ aran: 115-120
US 7/ 4.5mm 16” circular needles
US 9/ 5.5mm 16” circular needles and/or dpns

Worsted: 120-125 yards
US 7/ 4.5mm 16” circular needles
US 8/ 5mm 16” circular needles and/or dpns
